## Before you replace a system

Most problems are a broken head, a leaking valve, a cut line or a controller set to the wrong schedule, and all of those can be repaired. We check each zone first and recommend replacement only when repairs no longer make sense.

In Duval and the other Northeast Florida counties, the St. Johns River Water Management District sets landscape watering days. Watering is normally allowed up to twice a week during daylight saving time and once a week during standard time, and never between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. During drought orders, such as the water shortage declared in 2026, the District can limit irrigation further. We program controllers to the schedule in effect for your address.
